How it works

A scheduled Lambda collects quotes for 50 US and Canadian stocks and ETFs during market hours and stores them in DynamoDB.

The React frontend and the API are served through CloudFront. The API accepts only requests signed by CloudFront.

The infrastructure is defined in CDK and tested end to end, from template assertions to browser tests. CloudWatch alarms report errors as they happen.
